These Terms govern your use of Operation 360 (the “Service”), a software product for site operations. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
We provide online tools for teams to manage operational information (for example power and water readings, maintenance, tasks and guest requests). Features may vary by plan and site mode (lodge, farm, factory).
Accounts & sites
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials confidential.
- Each paying customer typically operates one or more sites; you are responsible for users you invite.
- You must ensure you have the right to upload and process any data entered into the Service.
Trials
We may offer a time-limited trial. When a trial ends, access may lock until a subscription is activated. Trial terms shown at signup apply.
Fees & billing
- Subscription fees are priced per site by seat band and billing interval, as shown on our pricing page.
- Onboarding may attract a once-off fee (included on selected annual plans as advertised).
- Payments are processed by Paystack. Taxes may apply where required.
- Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Prepaid plans grant access for the stated period.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, including by attempting to break security, scrape unlawfully, spam, or host unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that create risk to the Service or other customers.
Your content
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for backups of critical operational records outside the Service if required by your compliance processes.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding and software remain our property (or our licensors’). These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service supports operational workflows; it is not a substitute for regulated safety systems, engineering certification, or emergency procedures on your site.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected site in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel renewals as described in-app or by emailing support. We may terminate or suspend for non-payment, breach, or misuse. On termination, access ends; we may delete site data after a reasonable retention window.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
